Returns & Exchange policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be eligible for a refund if damaged, stained, or not returned in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

For orders inside Kuwait:

  • your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Make sure to prepare the items for pickup.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Our delivery partners will pickup the order back within 3-5 Days. 

For orders outside Kuwait:

    • your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • After you return or exchange is approved, You will receive the instructions on how to return the item. 
    •  You can ship the item yourself using any delivery company of your choice that offers package tracking capabilities.
    •  Return and Exchange services are not available in Iraq.

     Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be eligible for a refund if damaged, stained, or not returned in their original condition.

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as masks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
