I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

- 24 hours in Kuwait,

- 3-5 business days for GCC,

- 5-10 business days worldwide.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping, except to areas affected by wars and high-risk countries.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated before payment, based on the weight of the package.

I am an international customer (outside KUWAIT.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped outside of Kuwait may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Nouf.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Can I cancel for a full refund?

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. However, it is best to contact customer service immediately for assistance, depending on the order’s status.

All packages are shipped via DHL, Fedex, ARAMEX depending on the best shipping rates for you and your country.

Our customer service team is available daily from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Please note that inquiries made on Fridays will be addressed on Saturday.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at +965-94132731

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Nouf VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
